Families having fun at Lauderdale House
Overview

Our family workshops are designed to share the history of Lauderdale House!

These relaxed, drop-in workshops are perfect for children aged 4 - 10 and include tactile and sensory activities, as well as crafts related to specific periods in Lauderdale House’s history. You’ll also have the chance to discover the architecture of Lauderdale House, from our Tudor beams and fireplaces, to our Georgian ceiling décor – there’s almost 500 years to explore!

Please note all children must be accompanied by a parent or carer.

Please feel free to give us a call on 0208 348 8716 or to email our Education Team if you have any questions.

Sunday 1 March will be a special Heritage Family Fun Day where your little ones can explore the House with our family trail, make paper dolls inspired by different periods in our history and learn more about the people who called Lauderdale House home.

Lauderdale House is a registered charity (275502), and we receive no regular government nor council funding. We rely on donations and grants to preserve this unique heritage building and run our free programme, including our Fresh youth collective, Free Lunchtime concerts, Sunday Fun-Day Family workshops and more.

If you can, please consider donating below to allow us to continue to expand our free programme.
