Kids in Museums Takeover Day
Kids in Museums Takeover Day is an annual event where galleries, historic homes, archives and heritage sites all around the country invite young people in to take over jobs normally done by adults, with the aim to empower young people and invite them to explore local museum spaces.
LYRIC
Lauderdale’s Young Research & Interpretation Collective (LYRIC) is a new 8 week programme at Lauderdale House that offers local sixth form students (16-17 year olds) the opportunity to learn about research and archive methods as they explore their own local history topic.
