Booking information

Every year a magical Christmas grotto springs up in Lauderdale House as the man himself (Father Christmas, Santa Claus, Père Noël, Saint Nick) pays us a special seasonal visit. Children of all ages can come along to meet him! 

Select a half-hour slot. Within your booked time slot, children will take it in turns to meet Father Christmas with the adults accompanying them. 

£12 per child, parents go free.

As Father Christmas has a gift for each child, you will need to book for babies as well as children.

Booking information

If you'd like to book over the phone or have any questions regarding the event you can contact the Lauderdale House team on 020 8348 8716. 

If you are unable to attend, we only offer a refund if both of the following conditions all apply:

  1. You inform us at least 7 days before the date of the event.
  2. Someone from the waiting list wishes to take your place for the timeslot you booked.

 

We are only able to change your timeslot if either of the following conditions are met:

  1. You let us know more than 6 weeks in advance.
  2. Someone from the waiting list wishes to take your place for the timeslot you booked.
