Join Michelle for monthly Sunday morning classes that offer a steady, grounding yoga practice designed to build strength, clarity and connection — without pressure or performance.
Each session weaves together breath-led movement, mindful transitions and moments of stillness. Expect heat-building flow, heart and chest-opening postures, simple twists to support circulation, and deeply restorative relaxation, encouraging balance in body and mind.
This is a space to arrive exactly as you are. You do not need to be flexible or experienced. The emphasis is on movement, awareness, steadiness and cultivating a calmer nervous system.
