Although the government has lifted many of the requirements around COVID-19 isolation rules, we are aware that many of our visitors are vulnerable and we want everyone to feel safe and comfortable.
Before attending or hosting an event at Lauderdale House, please read our health & safety guidance below.
Stay home if you are unwell
If you are showing symptoms of Covid-19 or are testing positive, we ask that you stay at home and do not come to Lauderdale House. As a public building, we have a responsibility not only to our staff and volunteers but to the other visitors to keep them safe.
As per our ticketing terms & conditions, we offer a refund or a credit voucher to those unable to attend an event due to testing positive. Please contact our box office team on firstname.lastname@example.org or 020 8348 8716 for more information.
If you are hosting a private event and are showing symptoms, please take a test before coming to Lauderdale House. If your test is positive, please contact our events team on email@example.com or 020 8348 8716 to discuss your options.
Similarly, if you are attending a private event, please take a test if you are showing symptoms and do not attend if you test positive.
We are no longer requiring face coverings at our events. However, we ask that you consider others around you who may be vulnerable and exercise caution.
We are continuing to keep in place the following safety measures:
- Providing hand sanitiser at our entrances
- Keeping windows open where possible to increase ventilation
- Maintaining our reduced capacity of 80% for any concerts or other ticketed events.
If you have any concerns, please contact us on 020 8348 8716 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
