Springtime Collective 2020 features a compilation of work by artists and friends.
Together, this group exhibit various styles of work from soft pastels to oils and acrylic with a focus on nature and the human form.
Gaye spent many years drawing and painting, but it was several years later, in 1996, that she finished an art and music degree. Her work is mostly abstract, contemporary and Impressionist inspired art working in acrylic.
Lorraine is a London-based artist who is inspired by experimenting with new media and exploring visual interpretation. Her work has become increasingly abstract in its nature and is informed by her scientific and musical background.
Richard’s landscapes and seascapes, in oil & acrylic, are in the semi-abstract impressionistic genre. They reflect his coastal upbringing and love of the sea and countryside.
Having been involved in graphics all his life, Ken’s progression into painting seemed to follow naturally and his varied selection of work shows some emphasis on nature.
Sara has always had a passion for art, most recently working with soft pastels. She has been inspired by the wildlife in Southern Florida, where the birds are so full of character and seem to have mischief written all over their faces.
Rosalyn is a London based artist and curator. Her work is multi-faceted and mixed media. As a common thread, her work addresses an unravelling of boundaries, reaching to/pulling through those lost or hidden behind.
