Whilst Pilates will energize you these classes will help you feel calm and achieve a sense of well being.
Pilates at Lauderdale House is run by Highgate Pilates and their classes are restricted to a max of 13 clients to ensure everyone gets individual attention and correction & can progress safely at their own pace.
Highgate Pilates run five classes here at Lauderdale House:
7pm to 8pm: Basic Intermediate
8pm to 9pm: Advanced
9.30am to 10.30am: Basic Intermediate
10.30am to 11.30am: Gentle/Beginner
8.30am to 9.30am: Beginner +
